Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), if you haven't yet achieved ASHA certification.

State license as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) awarded by ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within one month of hire.
