Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will consist of diverse individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work closely with adults, adolescents, and families, ensuring that care is personalized and culturally relevant. This role supports clients in understanding their concerns while guiding them towards effective coping strategies, all conducted through secure and confidential telehealth sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California is mandatory.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience is essential for this role.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish trust and rapport with clients and their families.

• Proficiency in documenting clinical notes and maintaining accurate records, with attention to detail in all written communications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
