Work Environment

Your workspace will be a supportive and energizing outpatient rehabilitation center, well-equipped with state-of-the-art therapeutic technologies and tools. Working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, you will have a balanced schedule that promotes both productivity and personal well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify each patient's rehabilitation needs and goals.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as manual therapy and exercise protocols.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic modalities, including ultrasound and electrical stimulation, to enhance the effectiveness of treatment.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and lifestyle modifications to promote recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Collaborate with physicians, orthopedic surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Reduce the reliance on medications by promoting non-pharmacological interventions and alternatives to surgical procedures.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will work with primarily include those recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgical procedures, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Your role will be critical in assisting individuals of all ages to restore function, alleviate pain, and enhance their overall mobility. The challenges presented by diverse clinical cases ensure that no two days are the same, providing a vibrant working environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Active and unrestricted state license as a Physical Therapist.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is essential.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and development of individualized exercise protocols.
• A pristine professional record, free from any disciplinary actions.

Preferred Experience

While two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with advanced training in specialized areas such as sports rehabilitation, post-operative care, or pediatric therapy are highly preferred. Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure.
