Brief Description Professional Recruiter | Full-time | On-site Grand Rapids, Michigan The Human Resources team is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team of professionals as a full-time Professional Recruiter. What Will You Do As the Professional Recruiter, you will: Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, managers, and executives across Trillium Living companies, aligning recruitment strategies with resident care delivery, staffing models, and workforce plans. Consult on role requirements, hiring priorities, recruitment timelines, and market conditions to support informed hiring decisions. Guide leaders through competency-based interviewing, structured selection processes, and offer decisions to ensure best-fit clinical hires. Manage the full cycle recruitment for open positions. Source, screen, interview candidates, and onboard new hires. Assist with internal transfers of employees to open positions. Build talent pipeline for hard to fill positions. Extend employment offers and support onboarding activities. Attend career fairs, networking events and community outreach initiatives. Develop partnerships with colleges, workforce agencies, social media campaigns and employer branding efforts. Serve as a trusted talent advisor to leaders and hiring managers. Assist the HR Generalist with employee inquiries, issues, etc. Qualifications Our top candidates for this opportunity will have: Bachelor’s degree in health care, human resources, marketing, or related field 2+ years healthcare recruiting experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Devoted team player who is tech savvy, social media skills are highly valued Experience with recruiting for professional positions, especially in the health care setting We seek candidates with the ability to manage confidential issues with professional discretion Those candidates with a passion for our faith-based mission and the desire to commit to excellence in their work and customer service will be high on our list About Trillium Living Trillium Living has been serving Grand Rapids area seniors with love and compassion for over 130 years.
