Territory Manager – Lakeland, FL Account‑based sales and account management of Lilly’s portfolio of medicines for patients in Huntington & Harcourt, with a focus on prescriptions and influence for treatment of the represented disease states. Responsibilities Promote the full portfolio of priority products to multiple HCP specialties within the territory. Understand the marketplace and tailor the territory strategy to grow and own business outcomes. Navigating the evolving health‑care environment and payer landscape to increase account understanding and strengthen stakeholder relationships. Utilize business insight tools, data, and analytics to identify trends, priorities, opportunities, and obstacles. Implement new technologies, including approved AI tools and analytics, to streamline customer interactions. Advocate for new opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Model a growth mindset to create positive experiences. Embrace Lilly’s selling, competency, and account management models to elevate performance and drive results. Demonstrate high learning agility regarding disease state, marketplace dynamics, clinical trials, and product labeling. Plan and engage in patient‑centered dialogues with customers to promote the product portfolio. Drive consistent ways of working within the regional health‑care market, fully utilizing the Virtual Medical Hub. Achieve targeted sales and execution metrics while adhering to company policies and procedures. Own the customer relationship for product promotion, medical questions, and market access. Maintain self‑accountability for results across all accounts, from individual HCPs to large health systems. Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with internal and external partners to foster collaboration. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Professional certification or license required for the position, if mandated by state regulations. Valid U.S. driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Full‑time work authorization in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available. Additional Skills / Preferences Demonstrated business ownership, selling/customer experience, and execution/result orientation. Account‑based selling experience with staff engagement capabilities. Strong learning agility, self‑motivation, teamwork, and emotional intelligence. Bilingual proficiency as aligned with the territory and customer needs. Residence within 30 miles of the territory boundary.
