Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team!

Buffalo Biodiesel is seeking an Assistant Manager to assist our corporate office in a wide range of general office duties and tasks. The ideal candidate will have 2 years as a Manager. Must have the ability to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and have the ability to monitor the performance of assigned departments. This person will work directly with the company's owner.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manager
• Experience with hiring and firing
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Reliable, hardworking, and motivated
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently
• Manage Staff (if needed)
• Answer phones and provide customer service support
• Manage schedules, meetings, and daily workflow
• Support daily office operations and administrative functions
• Enforce and uphold company policies
• Additional duties as assigned

Shift:

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00am - 5:00pm or 7:00am - 4:00pm

Pay:

• $35/hour with potential pay increase after 90 days if meeting metrics

With over 20 years in business, we collect, and process used cooking oil to produce Biodiesel, a carbon reducing alternative fuel to Hydrocarbons.
