Technical Sourcer
The Technical Sourcer will develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified passive candidates in competitive talent markets. This position will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop targeted candidate pipelines, assess candidate qualifications, and provide talent market insights. The Technical Sourcer will also support interview coordination and candidate communication to ensure an organized and positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop creative and targeted sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive talent markets
- Conduct candidate outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn InMail, and other communication channels to generate candidate interest
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search techniques to identify qualified technical and professional candidates
- Review resumes and candidate profiles against job requirements and hiring criteria
- Assess candidate fit based on required skills, certifications, experience, and organizational needs
- Build and maintain organized pipelines of active and future candidates for current and anticipated hiring needs
- Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruiting and hiring process
- Assist with scheduling interviews between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels
- Coordinate calendars and interview logistics to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Communicate interview details, updates, and next steps to candidates in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, ideal candidate profiles, and talent market conditions
- Participate in intake meetings and recruitment planning discussions
- Provide sourcing insights, candidate market intelligence, and recommendations to support effective hiring strategies
- Manage multiple requisitions and sourcing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Work Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM4:30 PM Hybrid schedule: In-office 3 days per week between Monday and Thursday During the first couple of weeks, employees are expected to work in the office 4 days per week
