Financial Analyst

CONA Services is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and finance operations across the organization. This role partners with accounting and business leaders to deliver financial insights, support month-end close, improve reporting accuracy, manage financial processes, and drive process automation and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the position plays a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and finance transformation initiatives. Responsibilities Learn and effectively leverage internal systems and tools, including Octane (project management), CONFIRM (project and resource time tracking), and TROY (FP&A actuals, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data analysis) Manage and serve as the subject matter expert for the CONFIRM project time-tracking system, including FTE and contractor labor reporting, actuals management, and analysis versus budget Prepare monthly CONFIRM reporting and related journal entries to support accurate financial reporting and cost allocations Partner with Accounting to support month-end close activities, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis, trend reporting, and business performance insights Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning processes, including data loads, validation, and reporting accuracy Analyze financial and operational data from SAP, Snowflake, and other systems to enhance reporting accuracy, transparency, and decision-making Identify and drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and reporting enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field 3+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or a related finance role (based on the candidate’s years of experience, the role could be elevated to a Senior Financial Analyst position) Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel Understanding of financial reporting, cost allocations, and actuals management to ensure reporting accuracy Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP and Adaptive Planning strongly preferred Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and presentation skills Proactive with proven ability to improve processes Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Demonstrates sound judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Collaborative, positive, and curious mindset, with ability to work with teams Embodies CONA’s core values of Integrity, Passion, Collaboration, and Inclusion Work Environment CONA follows a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of 3 days (60%) in the office per week to support collaboration and development. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are required in-office days, and teams align on a flexible third in-office day. Attendance is reported on a monthly basis, with business travel (e.g., bottler visits, workshops, conferences) counting toward in-office requirements.
