Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy tailored to students, utilizing evidence-based practices that resonate with a young audience.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation for all clients, ensuring compliance with both legal and ethical standards.

• Schedule ongoing appointments and manage an organized calendar to facilitate seamless client interactions.

• Collaborate with educational staff to identify and address student needs, developing treatment plans that promote academic success alongside emotional well-being.

• Utilize our in-house billing service that handles claim processing, client accounts, insurance verifications, and payment plans, allowing you to focus more on therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves children, adolescents, and their families who may be facing a myriad of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your work will be crucial in helping students manage academic pressures while addressing their personal development and emotional health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• Must be licensed to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, along with a performance-based bonus structure. As a W2 employee, you'll benefit from:
