Senior Human Resources Payroll Generalist We are currently seeking candidates for a Senior Human Resources Payroll Generalist at a manufacturing co. in Walpole, MA, 02081. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of human resources generalist and payroll/benefits experience. This is a temporary role (est. 3-4 months) with an opportunity for extension and will pay between $45.00 and $55.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week. On-site three days per week. Starts July 7th, 2026. RESPONSIBILITIES Process bi-weekly payroll (ADP) Administer employee benefits programs Support Workers’ Compensation administration, reporting and related employee matters Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including new hire setup and I-9 compliance Answer employee questions related to payroll, benefits and other HR issues Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour requirements Utilize ADP for employee records, job changes, compensation updates, and reporting REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years of human resources generalist experience (including processing payroll and administration of benefits) Hands-on experience with ADP, including payroll processing HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is highly preferred Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook Exhibit high degree of initiative in managing multiple priorities simultaneously Ability to work with frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workflow For immediate consideration, interested and qualified candidates please send an updated resume in a Word document to: View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley and Associates
