Manager Warehouse

Warehouse Manager A warehouse manager for Capital Electric is responsible for managing the overall logistical operation of the Capital HUB including departments; receiving, shipping delivery and product storage/inventory to ensure the daily flow of material in and out of the warehouse is completed with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, order picking, shipping, and delivery coordination. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and proper storage practices. Lead, train, and supervise warehouse associates to ensure safe, efficient workflow. Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment. Collaborate with branches and internal teams to meet service and delivery expectations. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in warehouse or logistics operations. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. occasionally. Familiarity with warehouse systems, RF scanning, and safe forklift operation (certification preferred).
