Facility Management Division ManagerThe City of Eugene's Facility Management Division is looking for a Facility Management Division Manager (Facilities Director).The Facilities Director provides strategic leadership and vision for the City's facilities portfolio, directing capital improvements, facilities maintenance and operations, building energy and environmental management, and asset preservation. The Director develops and executes long range facility plans and capital investment strategies aligned with City priorities, and financial and sustainability goals. The Director leads, mentors, and develops a team of professional, technical, and trades staff, fostering a culture of belonging and accountability, safety, service excellence. The Director builds and maintains collaborative relationships with City departments, elected officials, outside agencies, community stakeholders, and private service providers to align facility services with organizational needs.
