Remote Claims Service Representative

$19.99 per hour

shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Your Daily Impact:

  • Respond professionally and empathetically to phone and electronically submitted first notices of loss from claimants, insureds, and third parties experiencing unexpected property or vehicle damage.
  • Utilize established scripts and system workflows to accurately transcribe commercial or personal loss details
  • Actively manage and assign rental car reservations, appraisal schedules, Express Claim shops, towing needs, and critical water mitigation activities.
  • Apply foundational communication skills to evaluate caller questions, offer available service options, and determine the most effective course of action on established claims.
What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Typically 1 to 3 years of customer-facing experience in the service, financial, or hospitality industries, ideally paired with 6 to 12 months in a call center or office environment. (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in navigating and toggling between multiple computer screens, applications, and the MS Office Suite
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
