Bookkeeper

Compensation: $25-$30 per hour based on experience and education About the Role A well-established, privately owned manufacturer with a 75-plus year track record is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join a small, collaborative office team. This is a 100% in-office, full-time permanent role with a consistent schedule, minimal overtime, and a casual, comfortable work environment. Responsibilities Process weekly payroll through ADP, including organizing hours, submitting to ADP, and handling internal journal entries from ADP reports Manage bill payment and accounts payable functions Process customer orders for production, including splitting orders into office, production, and shipping copies Maintain accurate records and support day-to-day office accounting functions Work in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping (training provided if needed) Requirements BS/BA degree preferred or an equivalent amount of bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative experience is required Familiarity with ADP payroll processing is a plus; willingness to learn is required QuickBooks experience preferred; training available for the right candidate Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up consistently Comfortable in a small office environment where everyone contributes Long-term minded.
