Accounting Clerk

Our Client is looking for a sharp accounting coordinator to join their team. They have a fun and energetic culture that fosters and growth. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable: process vendor invoices, verify payment terms, and ensure timely payments. Manage accounts receivables: Record incoming payments and assist in collections (over the phone, email and mail) Assist with general ledger postings and adjusting entries Qualifications Associate degree in Accounting preferred Comfortable with using excel and learning new accounting software 1+ year of accounting experience prefeed Skills Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage time, and train staff. Salary: $50K - $55K #INSEP2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
