Role Description

This is a full-time, Attorney position where the Attorney will handle litigation cases, provide counsel and legal advice to clients, conduct thorough research, review and draft legal documents, and represent clients in negotiations and litigation proceedings. The role involves working collaboratively within a litigation team on complex litigation cases, arbitration cases, and general liability litigation cases.

Qualifications

Active law license in Pennsylvania
Good standing with the Pennsylvania bar
Experience with litigation in Pennsylvania
Effective Negotiation skills with a focus on achieving optimal outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
Personal Injury and/or Workers' Compensation litigation experience is preferred
