Operations CoordinatorThe Hamlin Group is adding an Operations Coordinator to create operational leverage across the business — taking ownership of the administrative, coordination, and follow-through work that currently pulls leadership away from design, sales, and high-value client decisions.You will work alongside company leadership and the Design & Selections Coordinator, managing the day-to-day operational tasks that keep a luxury residential remodeling firm running. This is a developmental role. You will start by learning our systems, our standards, and how we operate. Over time, as you develop confidence and capability, you will take on more ownership and responsibility. What we are looking for is not someone who has done all of this before — we are looking for someone with a solid foundation, a sharp mind, and the drive to build the rest with our guidance.We are a small company that operates at a standard most firms twice our size don't reach.
