We're hiring an Associate Account Executive to join our education staffing team, partnering with school districts nationwide to fill critical, student-facing roles. This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role where you'll develop your sales and recruiting skills, build meaningful partnerships, and directly impact students and schools across the country.

What You'll Do

• Manage active job openings and candidate pipelines from day one
• Source, screen, and engage candidates for urgent school-based hiring needs
• Build and maintain a strong bench of qualified talent
• Match candidates to district and school requirements with speed and accuracy
• Consistently achieve recruiting and activity goals
• Partner with onboarding and credentialing teams to ensure smooth, on-time starts
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within internal systems
