Position Overview We are expanding our sales team and looking for a talented sales representative to build and maintain client relationships in the LTL market. Responsibilities Build and maintain client relationships Track and record metrics throughout the sales process Meet and exceed financial goals Understand and keep up-to-date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge Qualifications Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of business experience in Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Weekly incentive plans, with top performers earning up to an additional $65,000 Company car or car allowance Expense account 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical/Dental Insurance Flexible Spending Account Life Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr CENTRAL TRANSPORT LLC
