What You’ll Do:

• Build relationships with school & healthcare decision-makers, running a full desk

• Recruit and place professionals nationwide

• Negotiate contracts and manage accounts

• Generate leads through calls, social media, and job boards

• Hit (and exceed) monthly revenue goals

What We’re Looking For:

• New Graduates encouraged to apply

• 2+ year of sales or experience in any industry. We would like to see retail and hospitality experience

• Comfortable with a ‘hunter’ mentality and having an entrepreneurial mindset

• Strong communication + relationship-building skills

• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-driven individuals
