Job Description
CNC setup and run 3 axis VMC, 5 axis, horizontal mills. Some close tolerance, light programming, editing, able to pick up work shifts, offsets required. Independent worker capable of checking own work. Must be responsible and dependable and have good teamwork skills. AS9100 experience a plus.
1. Responsible for setup of production runs
2. Must maintain traveler during production run
3. Ability to read and understand technical drawings
4. Troubleshoot problem jobs
5. Tooling and fixturing work to prepare for production
6. Inspection of parts
7. Deburring
We work a 50 hour workweek with A/C in the summer and a new heating system for the winter. We offer medical and dental insurance along with a profit sharing and 401k pension plans.
