Job Summary And Responsibilities Mercy Medical Group (MMG) is seeking a Nocturnist physician to join our multi-specialty group in the Sacramento area. Opportunity Highlights Join an award-winning hospitalist program with more than 100 providers Work in a collegial and supportive environment The Hospitalist Program serves 5 major hospitals in the Sacramento area Hospitalists self-schedule themselves on a periodic basis, based on a flexible-scheduling model Scheduling/Structure Full-time Nocturnist position (1.0) Night shifts will be scheduled as 10-hour shifts, with flexible scheduling Maintains privileges at all Dignity-affiliated hospitals 165 shifts per year Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $345,342 /Year Sign-on bonus available Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability 401(k) with employer matching, pension plan, and CME allowance Malpractice coverage provided Job Requirements MD or DO degree Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA) Active California medical license (or ability to obtain) DEA certification Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment Where You'll Work Mercy Medical Group (MMG) is a dynamic, growing organization with a long-standing history of providing exceptional medical care in the Sacramento area.
