Comfort Specialist Position We are now seeking a Comfort Specialist for our Sales team. If you have the following: Key Qualifications & Experience Previous customer service, sales, or related experience Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Comfortable speaking with new and existing customers about their HVAC needs Ability to explain products and services clearly and professionally Strong follow‑up skills with the ability to manage leads and customer conversations Organized, dependable, and able to manage time effectively Comfortable working independently while meeting sales goals Professional, honest, and customer‑focused HVAC experience is a plus 3 months to 1 year of related experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Additional Requirements Ability to travel as needed Clean driving record preferred Vehicle allowance provided Benefits Competitive pay and great benefits.
