Senior Product Designer [Remote]

Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own design end-to-end across our product portfolio: ClinicianAI (AI-powered research and shopping assistant), Clinician Reviews (clinician evaluations), Clinicians Choice Badge (doctor-powered social proof), and Clinician Analysis (clinician-driven product insights) — and to shape what's next on our roadmap, including our Brand Customer Portal, Clinician Self-Service , and several other product launches. You'll be the design voice on a small, fast-moving team, working directly with Product, Research, and Engineering. Key Responsibilities

• Lead design across the portfolio end-to-end: Drive design from discovery through polished, shipped UI across ClinicianAI, Clinician Reviews, Clinicians Choice Badge, and Clinician Analysis — for shoppers, clinicians, and brands.
• Design AI-native experiences: Invent interaction patterns for LLM-powered features in ClinicianAI where conventions don't exist yet — making AI outputs feel trustworthy, transparent, and clinically credible at the point of purchase.
• Take 0→1 products from ambiguity to launch: Lead design for new roadmap bets like the Brand Portal (self-serve analytics and campaign management for brands) and Clinician Self-Service (onboarding and review workflows for clinicians) from first sketch to launch.
• Elevate visual craft and brand cohesion: Raise the bar on the visual quality of shopper-facing surfaces — badges, review modules, on-site widgets — where clarity and polish directly drive shopper trust and conversion.
• Evolve the design system: Sharpen and extend our existing component library, patterns, and guidelines so a small team can ship consistently and fast across multiple products.
• Prototype rapidly and validate: Move quickly from concept to high-fidelity prototype (in Figma, Claude, or code), independently run lightweight research with shoppers, clinicians, and brands, and use data (CVR, engagement, adoption) to iterate.
• Partner cross-functionally: Work daily with Product and Engineering to scope, spec, and ship. Communicate design rationale clearly to leadership, Customer Success, and brand partners.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience owning consumer-facing or B2B products end-to-end, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating polished UI craftsmanship, systems thinking, and measurable product outcomes. Include a portfolio link with viewable access in your resume — applications without one won't be considered.
• Experience designing AI/LLM-powered products (or deep curiosity plus rapid learning): you understand how to design around model limitations, communicate uncertainty, and build user trust in AI outputs.
• Excellence in visual and interaction design: typography, layout, color, motion, and composition. Expertise in Figma and AI-assisted design tools like Claude ; comfort with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Rapid prototyping skills: high-fidelity prototypes in Figma required; prototyping with Claude or in code (HTML/CSS/JS) strongly preferred.
• Research and data fluency: ability to independently plan and run lightweight research (usability tests, shopper/clinician interviews) without a dedicated research team, and use analytics and experiments to inform design decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration: you articulate design rationale and strategy clearly, take feedback well, and align cross-functional teams without authority.
• Healthcare, e-commerce, or regulated industry experience is a plus — especially designing for trust, credibility, and compliance.
