Maimonides Health Emergency Room Mental Health Worker

Maimonides Health, Brooklyn's largest healthcare system, is seeking a full-time Mental Health Worker for the Emergency Room. This position is permanent and offers a competitive salary range of $29.86-$35.96. The job requisition number is BC#84847. The transfer rate may differ based on 0-5 years of experience.

Responsibilities include working Monday-Friday and rotating weekends from 3:00PM to 11:00PM, totaling 17.5 hours per week.

Qualifications include high school graduation or equivalent, 2 years of experience in a hospital setting preferred, and proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English as required by the position. Excellent interpersonal, communication, stress, and anger management skills are essential, along with self-direction and judgment.
