Registered Nurse - PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 36 hours per week with rotating shifts (Days, Evenings, Nights), including holidays, weekends, on-call, and call-back as needed. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) to join our fast-paced team at a Level 1 trauma center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recovering post-operative adult patients and demonstrating positive attitudes along with direct communication standards. Responsibilities Providing care for post-operative adult patients in a high volume and acuity environment. Collaborating effectively with team members in a fast-paced nursing environment. Utilizing excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience. Experience in PACU required; ICU experience preferred. Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association. Why ARMStaffing?
