The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesCollect and manage past-due accounts while maintaining positive customer relationshipsEnsure receipts are accurately applied and reconciledResearch and release service and supply holds in a timely mannerRespond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, account balances, and billing discrepanciesPrepare ad hoc reports and analyses for senior managementCollaborate with Accounts Payable, Maintenance Contracts, and other internal departments to resolve issues and support business operationsPerform other duties and special projects as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting required2+ years of accounting experience preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPHighly self-motivated with exceptional attention to detailStrong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlinesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracyExceptional attention to detail is essential, as this position is responsible for complex billing processesBenefits PackageMedical, dental & Vision insurancePaid Vacation + accrued PTODesignated Holidays off with pay401K with employer matchEmployee Assistance programComplimentary Life InsuranceCopiers Northwest (CNW) is committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace.
