HR Generalist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality within HR systems.
• Assist with recruitment activities, applicant communications, and new hire onboarding processes.
• Process background checks and support employee onboarding and offboarding documentation.
• Generate HR reports, conduct data audits, and resolve record discrepancies.
• Organize, scan, upload, and maintain HR files while following established procedures and compliance standards.

HR Generalist Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of data entry, administrative, or HR support experience; HRIS experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, and general computer/data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong communication and time-management skills.
