Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based individual and couples therapy to clients of all ages, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet their unique needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that promote recovery and client well-being.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and care plans within mandated timeframes.
\n
• Coordinate case management services, ensuring clients are connected with necessary resources and supports, including crisis intervention and referrals to additional services.

• Manage an ongoing schedule of therapy appointments for clients, adapting to changes in their treatment needs and progress.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on youth, adults, and families experiencing substance use disorders and mental health challenges. You will engage with a diverse clientele, often including those facing significant life stressors, trauma, and co-occurring conditions. Understanding the complexities of each patient’s situation and tailoring interventions accordingly will be vital to your role, as will your ability to foster trust and rapport with clients.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor’s Degree in a human service or behavioral healthcare field accompanied by at least two (2) years of relevant experience in chemical dependency, mental health, or adolescent treatment.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida, with two (2) years of paid, full-time clinical experience in the required fields.

• Demonstrated ability to independently provide clinical services and handle various clinical presentations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Training and/or experience in couple’s therapy is highly desirable and will be considered an asset in candidate evaluation.

• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the dynamics of cultural competence in clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus to new hires. Our benefits package includes:
