In this full-time, onsite role at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Facility, you will be instrumental in delivering personalized care to patients dealing with musculoskeletal issues, sports injuries, and recovery from orthopedic surgeries.

Work Environment

Situated in the beautiful Oceanside area, our facility offers a supportively energetic atmosphere where team collaboration flourishes. Operating Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, you will engage with a diverse patient cohort while having access to the latest rehabilitation tools and techniques. We maintain a patient volume of 1-2 patients per hour, allowing you to provide focused, attentive care, while nurturing meaningful connections with those you treat.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions, utilizing specialized assessment techniques to determine their needs and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to alleviate pain and enhance functional mobility.
• Guide patients through comprehensive post-surgical rehabilitation programs, educating them on effective strategies for recovery and safe exercise practices.
• Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, primary care physicians, and other allied health professionals to facilitate seamless care and optimize outcomes for our patients.
• Utilize patient management software to document assessments, treatment progress, and educational interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay informed about advancements in the field by participating in professional development sessions, workshops, and relevant continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your patient population will primarily consist of individuals with orthopedic injuries, including post-operative patients and those needing rehabilitation from sports injuries or chronic pain conditions. Your role is crucial in helping these patients regain their functional independence and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• An active California Physical Therapist license, confirming your eligibility to practice in the state.
• Current certifications in CPR and First Aid.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedic or musculoskeletal rehabilitation, demonstrating a solid foundation of patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

Your commitment and expertise will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by an excellent benefits package that includes:
