Work Environment

This full-time position is primarily onsite, offering you the opportunity to work closely with a small team of professionals that includes two other experienced physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA). Daily collaboration fosters a supportive atmosphere allowing for comprehensive patient care within our outpatient clinic. We maintain a scheduled work week from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a stable and predictable schedule for our team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify patient goals and needs through thorough evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• Provide one-on-one care to 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring personalized treatment plans and interventions.
• Employ cost-effective therapeutic techniques to enhance patient mobility and reduce reliance on medications.
• Design and implement individualized care plans utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Create wellness and fitness programs focused on maintaining and improving physical health tailored to each patient's specific circumstances.
• Document patient progress meticulously to reflect treatment outcomes, modifications in care, and rehabilitation advancements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, consulting with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Motivate and engage patients throughout the treatment process to ensure optimal recovery and functionality.
• Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based on patient feedback and progress.

Our orthopedic outpatient practice specializes in treating patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, surgeries, and a variety of conditions requiring physical rehabilitation. Our clients range from athletes seeking to enhance performance and recover from injuries to individuals rehabilitating from surgeries and chronic conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; advanced degrees such as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) will be favored.
• A valid Physical Therapist License for California with no disciplinary actions on record.
• Strong manual therapy skills, proficient in exercise prescription, and possess knowledge of EMR software (e.g., WebPT).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for effective patient engagement and collaboration with staff.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience as a Physical Therapist with a focus on orthopedic outpatient care.
• Proven record of delivering evidence-based patient care and achieving positive patient outcomes.
• Experience working in a private practice setting is advantageous but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
