Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Vitality Care Clinic, you will work primarily onsite in our outpatient office—an environment designed to foster a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for children and adults, assessing their physical capabilities and defining individual needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations, striving for measurable improvements in their physical health.
• Continuously monitor and reassess clinical symptoms and treatment progress to adapt therapy goals and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient care by utilizing our electronic health record system for SOAP notes, progress summaries, and care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about the recovery procedures, addressing concerns and providing support throughout their journey.
• Meet established utilization goals while contributing to the broader business objectives of the clinic.
• Engage collaboratively with colleagues in various disciplines within the clinic, fostering a network of care for patients receiving multiple services.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program is required; a Master's or DPT degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer:
