Work Environment

The ideal candidate will work onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, which is equipped with the latest technology and amenities to facilitate optimal patient care. You will collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic and integrated approach to each patient's treatment plan. Our clinic operates Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, providing a professional yet friendly atmosphere conducive to both staff satisfaction and patient recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions to determine treatment needs and set realistic goals.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, providing thorough and personalized care during each session.
• Design individualized treatment plans that incorporate advanced therapeutic techniques tailored to orthopedic conditions.
• Utilize effective interventions aimed at restoring mobility, reducing pain, and preventing future impairments.
• Conduct thorough documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome evaluations in compliance with clinic and legal standards.
• Educate patients and their families about exercises, home care routines, and preventive measures to promote continuous healing and health maintenance.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey to maximize their functional potential.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and occupational therapists, to develop integrated care plans.
• Continuously evaluate treatment efficacy and modify plans as necessary based on patient progress.
• Reduce reliance on medications by promoting physical interventions and exploring alternatives to surgical options.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Pro Elite, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. Our focus is on enhancing the quality of life for individuals dealing with mobility issues, helping them regain strength, flexibility, balance, and overall coordination. You will work with a diverse population, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A clean professional record with no prior board or disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practice is preferred.
• Exceptional skill in developing and implementing exercise protocols tailored to different patient needs.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to manage patient documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience

While experience in physical therapy is essential, candidates with a background specifically in orthopedic outpatient settings will be given preference. Proven skills in designing wellness and rehabilitation programs, as well as a proactive approach to patient engagement and motivation, will enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits
