Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial video intake assessments to evaluate new members' mental health status, identifying symptoms, functioning levels, and daily routines.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each member’s specific needs, integrating therapeutic activities into their everyday lives.

• Utilize our secure digital platform to provide ongoing support, including real-time psychoeducation, motivational guidance, and program modifications as necessary.

• Regularly monitor and assess member progress through clinical evaluations and engagement data, adapting care plans for optimal outcomes.

• Recognize and celebrate member achievements while actively working to identify and mitigate barriers to their ongoing participation in therapy.

• Document all interactions comprehensively and maintain high standards of clinical records in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers to deliver cohesive, holistic care for our members.

• Engage in continued professional development through case reviews, team discussions, and opportunities for further training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, trauma-related conditions, and co-occurring behavioral health challenges. Your expertise will provide essential support to these individuals, helping them develop coping strategies and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work with a valid state license in good standing.

• A minimum of two years of clinical social work experience, specifically holding an LCSW or equivalent certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health and well-being.
