Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Director / VP of Human Resources: Lead HR compliance, risk management, and employee relations initiatives across multi-site operations. Oversee payroll administration, including home office payroll processing and HR operations. Manage and develop existing HR staff while expanding departmental capabilities. Redesign HR processes, systems, onboarding, recruiting, and payroll workflows. Lead employee handbook redevelopment and policy standardization efforts. Support HR integration and compliance initiatives tied to future acquisitions and international expansion. Qualifications for the Human Resources Director / VP of Human Resources: Progressive HR leadership experience with a stable career progression. Experience supporting multi-site and multi-state organizations. Strong background improving HR processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
