4 Corner Resources is hiring a Front Desk Coordinator. This is a contract opportunity (approximately 3-6 months) with strong potential to convert into a permanent position based on performance and business need. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys being a friendly face and first point of contact for a busy office.

Front Desk Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Be the first person at the desk each morning and get the reception area ready for the day
• Greet and welcome visitors with a professional, friendly presence
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the right person or department
• Prepare conference rooms ahead of scheduled meetings
• Manage visitor check-in, badges, and related equipment so everything is organized and ready to go
• Help plan and coordinate internal office events, celebrations, and employee recognition activities
• Handle general front desk and administrative tasks as they come up
• Keep on top of room bookings and day-to-day scheduling needs

Front Desk Coordinator Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor
• Comfortable answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing calls
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with scheduling, calendars, or meeting coordination preferred
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and comfortable working onsite Monday-Friday
• Ability to work independently, stay proactive, and anticipate office needs

Front Desk Coordinator Details:

• Location: Lake Mary, FL (onsite)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, onsite; shift will be either 8:30 AM-5:30 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, and candidates should be open to either
• Pay Rate: Starting at $18-$20/hour
• Duration: Contract role (approx. 3-6 months) with strong potential to convert to a permanent position
