This person will lead social strategy and execution of our newly established @Superhuman_HQ social channels to increase awareness of our brand as well as our evolving product suite including Superhuman Docs, Superhuman Mail, Grammarly and Superhuman Go. They will manage day-to-day content planning, publishing, and community engagement, ensuring that each brand’s presence is consistent, creative, and on-brand.This role reports to the Group Social Media Manager and partners closely with Marketing, Brand, Communications, Design, and Content teams.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute organic social media strategies across platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads and Reddit.Manage content, calendars, and handles.Optimize copy tailored to each platform and audience.Collaborate with Design, Video, and Communications teams to create engaging, social-first content.Partner with product marketing on campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership initiatives.Work with our social care team to engage with online communities and manage proactive and reactive conversations.Monitor performance and report regularly on engagement, reach, and brand impact.Collaborate closely with the partner marketing team to amplify partner-specific content.Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to inform strategy and creative direction.Work with other team members and the social agency to direct, shoot, and edit social video.Qualifications Has 5-7 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally for a tech, productivity, or B2B brand.Can develop performance-driven strategies across multiple social channels, with a strong emphasis on X and Reddit.Understands social best practices and can craft content that resonates on each platform.Is a skilled writer with a strong grasp of tone, clarity, and creativity.Has a keen eye for design and can provide clear feedback to creative partners.Is organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.Demonstrates strong project management skills and attention to detail.Proactively spots gaps and recommends solutions to improve impact and execution.Compensation and BenefitsSuperhuman offers all team members competitive pay along with a benefits package encompassing the following and more:Excellent health care (including a wide range of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and fertility benefits)Disability and life insurance options401(k) and RRSP matchingPaid parental leave20 days of paid time off per year, 12 days of paid holidays per year, two floating holidays per year, and flexible sick timeGenerous stipends (including those for caregiving, pet care, wellness, your home office, and more)Annual professional development budget and opportunitiesSuperhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, so base pay may vary by location.
