Global Payroll & Equity Strategy Lead
Quince
Quince is seeking a skilled Head of Global Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll for a diverse, global workforce across the US, Canada, Europe, India, China, and Southeast Asia. You will build scalable, compliant payroll processes, manage equity-related payroll tasks, and partner with Finance, HR, and Legal to drive strategic improvements.
The role requires deep global payroll expertise, strong timekeeping and tax knowledge, and a track record of implementing robust payroll programs in fast-growing
