Senior Payroll Strategist - Multi-State UKG Expert
The Michaels Organization
The Michaels Organization in Camden, NJ, is seeking a Sr. Payroll Administrator to manage weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for ~1,000 employees using UKG, ensuring accuracy and compliance across 33 states.
This role collaborates with HR and Finance to maintain confidential records, reconcile benefits and taxes, process changes, generate payroll reports, and drive efficiency through process improvements while staying current with state and federal regulations.
