This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company car or allowance, bonus and benefits package.Reporting into the Account Director the Contract Manager is responsible for managing the technical team and for the smooth running of the lifecycle contract. To establish strong working relationships on site and with the client, acting as a representative of EQUANS and presenting a professional image at all times.We are looking for an experienced Account or Contract Manager who is proactive and delivery focused to join the team to support the operation of this PFI Lifecycle Healthcare account. The Contract Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and driving delivery through excellent service and strategic account management.This is a complex PFI contract delivering Hard FM.
