– Draw blood specimens from patients across all age groups, including pediatric and geriatric patients, ensuring safety and accuracy. – Prepare specimens for lab testing following established procedures. – Maintain accurate records and documentation of specimen collection and processing. – Explain procedures to patients to create a trustworthy and reassuring environment. – Promote a safe, professional, and welcoming atmosphere at all times. – Demonstrate leadership behaviors and process excellence in daily tasks. – Perform clerical duties such as data entry and managing patient identification with precision. – Follow confidentiality protocols and handle patient information with sensitivity. – Collaborate with laboratory staff and healthcare team members to ensure smooth workflow. – Adhere to a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.

– Minimum of 2 years of current phlebotomy experience. – Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. – Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric draws. – Proficiency in keyboard and data entry. – Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. – Reliable transportation to and from the worksite. – Punctuality and full shift availability.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington. Flexibility to work Monday through Friday and every other Saturday. Candidates must list their home city and commute time within 20-25 minutes to the job site on their resume. Must be able to maintain reliable transportation and be on time for all scheduled shifts. Excessive absenteeism or tardiness may result in termination.
