Role Description

As our Freelance TikTok Shop Manager, you'll drive our TikTok Shop growth in the US market, focusing on affiliate scaling, creator collaborations, and strategic optimization. You will lead Doonails' TikTok Shop strategy and creator operations in the US, working closely alongside our E-commerce team.

Your Core Tasks:

Affiliate Center & Creator Partnerships: Recruit, onboard, and optimize TikTok Shop Affiliates, aligning them with Doonails product launches, seasonal campaigns, and performance targets.
Shop Health Monitoring: Track AHR, OTDR, and VTR regularly, identify root causes of metric drops, and cooperate with the E-commerce team to implement corrective actions.
Cross-Platform Attribution: Connect TikTok Shop revenue to our broader attribution stack, working with our analytics team to map the full customer journey.
Interface to Feed Management & E-Commerce: Monitor the product feed and sync logic within the TikTok ecosystem, flagging technical issues early and coordinating fixes.
Listing Input & A/B Testing: Propose structured A/B tests on product titles, thumbnails, and CTAs based on TikTok trends, collaborating with the E-commerce team for ongoing conversion improvements.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop, owning a live shop with real revenue.
Knowledge of AHR, OTDR, and VTR metrics, and how to read and respond to them.
Experience connecting TikTok Shop performance to a broader attribution stack, such as Amazon or Shopify.
Experience with product feeds, catalog syncs, or API-based integrations in an e-commerce environment.
A track record of running structured listing tests and translating results into measurable conversion improvements.
Fluent in English, spoken and written; German is a plus but not required.

Requirements

Experience with TikTok Seller Center & Affiliate Center.
Understanding of shop health metrics.
Experience in cross-platform attribution.
Familiarity with feed management and API integrations.
Background in A/B testing and conversion optimization.
Strong communication skills.
