Direct Care Registered Nurse, Emergency Department

City/State: Hampton, VA. Work Shift: First (Days). Overview Sentara Careplex Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department. Generous sign‑on bonus $15,000, Specialty Unit Pay, and relocation assistance for qualified candidates. New graduates are welcomed. Shift: days, scheduled 36 hours. Responsibilities Assessing and admitting patients. Rounding checks. Administering medications. Communicating with family members. Overall patient care responsibility. Qualifications License and certification: Virginia or Compact Multi‑State License in good standing. Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire. RN‑Associate’s Degree, RN‑Bachelor’s Degree, RN‑Diploma, or RN‑Master’s Degree. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric certifications (for Emergency nurses).
