Workout Anytime Gym Sales and Consultant

Reports to: Owner

Position: Workout Anytime Gym Sales and Consultant for the West View location. Part-time, commission is available.

The customer service of a WORKOUT ANYTIME front desk/sales consultant must be outstanding! Future promotional opportunities will be available to those who demonstrate excellence and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ability to sell new club memberships through contacting leads generated through marketing activities, generating referral leads and through walk-ins
• Ensure all prospect/guest information is entered into the club management software system and complete all required tracking forms and processes.
• Clock in and out for all hours worked.
• Daily Club Cleaning
• All other duties as required

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to sell.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and demands.
• Flexibility in response to unexpected changes in work assignments.
• Requires moderate lifting on a regular basis.
• Outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills
• Enjoys interacting with a diverse group of people
• Passion for fitness and Changing lives

Education and Experience

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• Previous fitness industry experience is a plus.
• Familiar with software Data Track is a plus
