Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, concerns, and treatment goals, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions, helping clients manage a variety of mental health issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, through evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions, focusing on improving relationship dynamics, enhancing communication skills, and resolving conflicts within families.
\n
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client, incorporating specific objectives and interventions to track and measure progress effectively.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients who are experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring timely and effective responses to their needs.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, coping methods, and available resources, empowering them with knowledge and strategies for better mental health management.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including detailed assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes, in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and legal requirements relevant to counseling practice, ensuring the utmost confidentiality and informed consent for all clients.

Qualifications\n

• History of working with specific populations, including children, military families, or individuals with substance use issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and professional qualifications. Our compensation model includes a Fee-for-Service structure, ensuring you are paid promptly without delays for reimbursement.
