Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy to clients while conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches to foster healing in clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a relevant field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience and credentials, along with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
