Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to tailor therapy approaches that address the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors, direct care staff, families, and guardians to provide updates on individual progress and treatment plans.

• Create and submit tentative schedules for appointments, home visits, and observations, ensuring that work is tracked and monitored regularly.

• Coordinate virtual home visits when necessary, adhering to the requirements for in-home observations and thorough documentation.
\n
• Implement and assess program plans effectively, ensuring clients receive appropriate care aligned with clinical guidelines.
\n
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and other relevant discussions to share insights and collaborate on patient care strategies.
\n
• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes, ensuring all information is current and accessible for review.
\n
• Train and certify team members in implementing care plans and maintaining accurate documentation.
\n
• Conduct follow-up interviews and virtual home visits to provide ongoing support for clients’ evolving needs.

• Act as a liaison to engage with the public and the mental health community, advocating for patient development goals and improvements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse client population, including adults and youth experiencing a range of mental health issues. Our focus spans across family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, and substance misuse interventions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical counseling setting.

• Strong foundation in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma recovery, or substance abuse counseling is preferred.

• Deep understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practice.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and related technologies.
