Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to deliver high-quality counseling services.

• Provide therapy to diverse groups, families, couples, and individuals, adapting your approach to fit the unique requirements of each client.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions to remain abreast of the latest research and effective practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on serving individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health support, including those experiencing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling setting is required.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team and adopt a client-centered approach.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and related technologies to enhance service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in specialized areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling will be highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
