Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies for clients, performing thorough assessments and evaluations to tailor interventions effectively.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, and families, focusing on their unique challenges and needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, adapting techniques based on client preferences and clinical requirements.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care that addresses the multifaceted needs of our clients.

• Maintain detailed and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting, demonstrating a practical understanding of therapeutic practices.

• A strong grasp of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
