Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth evaluations and assessments to create personalized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, as well as group therapy options for families, couples, and individuals using evidence-based modalities.

• Implement a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and conferences to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in the field of mental health.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client care, ensuring seamless integration of services for optimal client outcomes.

Qualifications\n
